We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Instruments must be in their original, unplayed condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included to receive a full refund.

Yes, all new Jackson guitars come with a limited lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
