At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
